Errors managing github webhooks are recorded and displayed by GitHubHookRegisterProblemMonitor even if no job that currently exists references the listed repos (the warn may even reference to a repo that doesn't exist).  There is no administrative mechanism to clear these errors short of restarting the jenkins master.  This is sub-optimal as an ops team needs to either ignore these errors or keep track of which are bogus between master restarts.
