ACTUAL BEHAVIOR: 

 Under MSP mode, when trying to open MC wizard the device will not show until user using F5 to refresh the page, even after refreshing user will not able to set test options to use mobile apps.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: 

HOW-TO-REPRODUCE: 

 1. go to jenkins plugin

 2.open mc wizard 

 3.check the device

 4.refresh the page

 5.select device and apps trying to select using mobile center apps

 6.in the test options using mobile center apps is being disabled.
