SCM description not rendered properly (HTML tags visibles)

      Hello,

      Since Jenkins 2.138.2 , SCM description is not rendered properly anymore.
      Instead of line feed I see uninterpreted HTML tags '<br>'
      (See attachment)

      If I revert back to version 2.138.1, with the exact same JENKINS_HOME, descriptions are correctly rendered. If I put back 2.138.2 or above, issue re-appears.

      I am using perforce as scm and am using "Perforce plugin" 1.3.36 (latest version) for this
      https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/Perforce+Plugin.

      I don't think perforce plugin is involved in this issue as just by changing Jenkins version issue gets visible.
