error-prone is not detected from maven output

      Recording issues does not work when error-prone runs inside maven-compiler plugin as annotation processor.
      The jenkins pipeline has timestamps() enabled.
      The regex in the ErrorProneParser seems to not handle the beginning timestamp correctly.
