When editing a configuration build step, clicking in the "Execute shell" command text box, clicking the "Advanced" button or selecting an option from "Add build step" causes the screen to hang for up to two minutes. Editing may resume normally after this, however, if the text box looses focus the hang occurs again when focus returns to the text box. This only occurs in the "Execute shell" text box. This appears to be an issue with buttons and multi-line text boxes in the "Build" configuration as I have been able to replicate with the "Invoke top-level Maven targets", but only when it is in multi-line mode. I am only seeing this issue in the
"Build" section. I am able to access Jenkins from another tab or session in the same browser while the hang is occurring.
I have cleared cookies and cache for the site and restarted the Jenkins instance.
