Installation fails due to 404 in structs/1.19

      Tried to do a standard setup on Ubuntu 18.04 and every time it fails almost all plugins. The log file shows this:

      Indeed if we go to http://updates.jenkins-ci.org/download/plugins/structs/ the latest version (1.19) redirects to a 404.
