The change url in the sent email doesn't take the folder into account. This is most likely due to this line where we retrieve the shortUrl instead of the url.

Not submitting a PR as there is a lot of preparative work to make the plugin compatible with modern environments (eg tests are failing because of third parties not compatible with java 7 it seems)...
