In the jenkins UI testing the authentication yields a success.  When using sample curl commands against the Jira API successful data is returned.  However Jobs complete without creating new versions or moving tickets and the Parameter to pickup Jira Versions gets a stack trace.

As a result all of the Jira automations have had to be removed from the builds and Jira steps are having to be done manually
