Pip cannot be recognized by Jenkins

    • pip 19.1.1 from C:\Users\Chang Yao\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python37\site-packages\pip (python 3.7)

      I have installed Python and its package manager Pip on the PC.  Through CMD pip command is able to recognized. But when running on Jenkins it shows ''pip' is not recognized as an internal or external command'. Can help me?
