I'm running 2.184 and asked jenkins to pre-emptively install the Build Symlink Plugin – knowing that it won't work now, but that I will need it when I upgrade to 2.185.

Dependency errors:
Some plugins could not be loaded due to unsatisfied dependencies. Fix these issues and restart Jenkins to restore the functionality provided by these plugins.

You must update Jenkins from version 2.184 to version 2.185-rc28469.6af78cb11bf8 or later to run this plugin.

The thing is, the Dependency errors message says restore ... functionality – I've never had this functionality, so this message is technically inaccurate.

We could reword it to simply enable instead of restore.

This is mostly an edge case, so I'm not certain the change is worthwhile.
