The GC Logs may be collected twice by the Support Core Plugin if those condition are met

• The Master Log Recorders is enabled (it is by default)
• The Garbage Collection Logs is enabled (it is not by default)
• The -Xloggc points to JENKINS_HOME/

We should avoid this.
