Maven native tests were disabled due to failing on CI because of the https enforcement on maven central, locally they pass due to either cache or mirror configuration.

But the mirror configuration wasn't getting picked up on CI.

Tests disabled to unblock all other PRs but they should be re-enabled in a follow-up
