The duration of a job is calculated directly after the normal steps and the post build steps are finished. But it doesn't include those post build steps, that have needsToRunAfterFinalized set to true and also any runlisteners of oncompleted and on finalized calls are not included.

I propose to add an additional field totalDuration that is set as the very last thing in the Run class
