Visualization of long pipelines could be made more responsive

      Currently, if the pipeline exceeds a certain number of stages, scrolling to the right makes the upper menu/title bar disappear (See image JenkinsView-1). This could be solved by making the pipeline table scrollable. This feature depends on the CSS attribute 'display' of the class 'table-viewPort'. When the attribute is set to 'inline-block' (See image JenkinsView-2), the table is not scrollable, but if the attribute is unset (See image JenkinsView-3), the table becomes scrollable and the rest of the page stays in place (See image JenkinsView-4)
