      Footer is overlaying instead of appending to bottom and hiding page content, I have attached  two screenshots as examples. Looks like something related to the container <div class="container-fluid"><div class="page-footer__flex-row">

          Issue is gone for me after removing theme:

          After upgrading Jenkins to V2.253 the issue was fixed. Closing this issue now.

          For those of you using the LTS version (2.249.1), follow these instructions and it will fix the issue:

          1) Edit the JENKINS_HOME\userContent\themes\atlassian\theme-min.css
          2) Search for these lines (line 298-300 in Notepad++):

               #page-body

          {           /* height: 100%!important */      }

          3) Comment out the height line:

               #page-body

                    /* height: 100%!important */

               }

          4) That should keep the footer at the bottom of the pages again.
