This issue is related but separate from https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-60981 

When having parallel stages and lots of complex nested shared library, users just wanted to see the "aggregate console for a given stage".  Unfortunately, there's only "aggregate console view for whole job" and "console view for single step".  

If we had this feature, we would care a lot less about the rest of JENKINS-60981.  However, 60981 should still be considered because FlowGraphTable view is effectively rendered unusable in the scenarios described there, Also, the "button" for accessing "aggregate console for stage" would probably live on that page.
