Hudson 1.355 in Tomcat 5.5 running on Windows Server 2003, JRE 1.6, Hudson Active Directory plugin 1.16. I use IE8, but see the same behavior in FF3.6.
Under Manage Hudson/Configure System/"Security Realm" I've selected "Active Directory".
Under "Authorization" I have been using "Matrix-based security". However, I'd like to switch to "Project-based Matrix Authorization Strategy". Unfortunately when I do that a side-effect is that my user login isn't "sticky" anymore. After an hour or two I get booted off and have to login again. Same problem even if I select "Remember me on this computer". Or, if I close and re-open my browser, or restart the computer I have to login again. With "Matrix-based security" I would stay logged in indefinitely. I can't imagine why a switch from "Matrix-based" to "Project-based Matrix" should cause such a change in behavior. It is quite annoying.
