The attached patch adds a new option to have the Create Job Advanced plugin automatically grant Read and Workspace rights to the Anonymous user.

Justification: I am working with a large-ish Hudson installation where most projects are open source, but some require more restrictive access rights. The Create Job Advanced plugin has been a great help, allowing me to configure the system so that anyone can create a new job, and they get full control over that job (letting me get away with far fewer "administrators" who have blanket access to the whole system). However, as most of our projects should be anonymously browseable, it would be very convenient if the Create Job Advanced plugin could automatically grant those permissions for new jobs. The attached patch adds that capability.
