I have 59 jobs in hudson, I want to activate this plugin for all of them.
I don't want to activate them one by one, I'll rather not use this plugin than do that.

Maybe you can add a 'activate for all jobs' button to the configuration page.
Then you can still de-activate this for some jobs if you wan't.

Also make it possible to activate this by default for new jobs.

Maybe this is a limitation in hudson, hopefully not.
