When using "Project-based Matrix Authorization Strategy" user needs GLOBAL "job/read" and "job/workspace" rights to be able to view open tasks (clickable listing, with marked tasks). When user has "job/read" and "job/workspace" rights to only the project then listing isn't clickable and he cannot view source code with marked tasks.

While there, listing is badly formatted. It shows "Line 2,092" instead of "Line 2092".
