In a Hudson job with a "Batch tasks", enable project-based security. Add a user and grant the user with all access to the job (delete, configure, read, build, workspace, update etc.)

Login to the job as the user. The user has access to the job's "Build Now", "Delete Project", "Configure". Click on "Tasks" link and the name of the task. Notice that "Build Now" is missing in the task. Also, the "configure" links broken.

I'm using Hudson version 1.367.
