I often find myself dong these things:

• I see on the main page that a build has failed and I want to look at the
  console output
• I'm looking at the console output, and see that this is a configuration issue,
  so I want to go to the configuration page
• or I see that this is because of some external issue, so I fix that and want
  to trigger another build

In all these cases I have to navigate twice. So I'd like to have 'configure' and
'build now' links on all pages of a project. And an option to go directly to the
console output from the main page or a project page (an extra icon in the build
history or dashboard ?)
