I have been having issues connecting to your JIRA instance using my login kbeal@crosscountry-auto.com. I have had it reset my password 3 times. After resetting the password, I was able to log in; but then as soon as I navigated anywhere, it logged me out, and trying to log in again failed.
So then I saw on your login page that I could use a "Java ID" so I went to that site and created one, and was able to successfully log in here to create a bug that's preventing our TFS 2010 server from working with Hudson ("unparseable date", due to "Checked in by:" line; see #7467).
Then I wanted to ensure I would be notified when comments/responses were added to that bug, and clicked my user, to see that the email is configured to that "Java ID" server. I wanted to change the email associated with this user to my actual email, "kbeal@crosscountry-auto.com", but I was unable to.
Please also consider this bug report to relate to "cannot log in to kbeal@crosscountry-auto.com" as well.
