BOOST TestType hides master suites in the hierachy

      thanks to reinhold again, he found the problem and fixed it with the attached stylesheet.

      Problem:
      suite
      suite
      testclass
      test

      the top suite is completly hidden. now the top suite is part of the name, as in junit.
      Please verify if the changes will not break any other stuff.
