links generated for WebSVN don't work with 2.3.1

      The generated links for the commits are wrong. Ex. it generates http://wsvn.example.com/wsvn/repos/?rev=7071&sc=1 instead of http://wsvn.example.com/wsvn/atlas/?rev=7071&sc=1&option=revision (notice the missing &op=revision).

      The links generated for diff are ok.

      The problem happens with the http://wiki.hudson-ci.org/display/HUDSON/WebSVN2+Plugin in version 0.9 which seems to have had no activity in the past 12+ months.
