We have perl script which polls multiple hudson views using view levels URL and interprets the status of jobs.
Thus, this script tries to create tcp connection with hudson process.

Now, if the script is running (trying to create tcp connection) at hudson startup. Hudson comes to following step on console log and waits there forever.

I waited for around 50 minutes. Then it started giving warning that its out of request handlers

It didnt use to cause any problems, if we had same script running on startup with hudson 1.374
