As a user I want to configure and make Robot run from Hudson UI so that I don't have to memorize command line options.

-Create a build step for Robot (like "Invoke Ant" etc.)

Step should have at least following configuration options:
-location of the Robot framework
-include/exclude tags
-advanced text field for other cli options
-options for robot output (dir etc.)
