As described in JENKINS-8069, the FindBugs plugin has changed from displaying
bug priority to displaying bug rank. Unfortunately, it still calls it "priority".
At the very least, it should change to using the word "rank" when displaying the
results.

Ideally, it would also allow you to choose whether to sort bugs based on priority
or rank.

And, assuming it allows only three buckets of ranks, it should allow you to configure
which ranks are displayed in each bucket.

Or, even better, it should support as many buckets as there are ranks.
