We have Ant SNAPSHOT builds (automatically triggered) and release builds (release plugin) for creating release candidate builds. Those RC builds are tested and will be delivered to the customer if now issues were found.
It would be great if we could tell the plugin to tag only the manually triggered release builds just to avoid having a huge amount of tags in SVN, which 99% are not relevant as they have never been released.
