Stopping gerrit connection is not secured

            curl http://localhost:8080/descriptor/com.sonyericsson.hudson.plugins.gerrit.trigger.GerritManagement/stopConnection

            I can do that without any authentication, and it will disconnect from gerrit. I found this while setting up a cron job to automatically reconnect. It's not really a problem for startConnection or restartConnection, but could be a problem for stopConnection on a public jenkins
