      Description

This is something that I think I can do, but we should definitely have regular discussions around the website to improve the pace at which we can improve the site

gus reiber Please don't post useless comments like this. There's a voting feature to the top right, use it. Everyone watching an issue (which can easily be hundreds of people, depending on what issues you comment on) gets an email for every new comment, so please make sure your comments are substantial enough to warrant that.

We've got this week's office hour slot free, I might schedule something to discuss here

I'm thinking a weekly working session on Friday mornings (PST) would work reasonably well. I'm finding that if I don't have something explicit to discuss, then I won't put something on the calendar, so a standing working hangout would be best IMO.

I think it would be a good idea to schedule something and or sketch out some sort of date milestones.
          Friday's would be fine.

dohhho. So I saw this at just about noon on Friday.
I know I said Fridays were good, which they are generally, but next Friday might not be for me, as I will be in San Jose. It looks like Daniel is never available on Friday.

...mostly what I am want to suggest is that it might be worth listing out where we might hope to be at the end of the year and then setting up some sort of demo day where we show where we are.

There aren't a whole lot of Friday's left in 2015, but I am not totally clear on how long we are thinking this project will stretch.

gus reiber, I'm going to leave it at Fridays for now. I'm aware of Daniel Beck's schedule; the website work doesn't generally involve him any more than any other plugin/core contributor.

Why? I'm not being flippant but offering up process without an explanation makes it hard for me to understand why this might be valuable or important to you.

Anyways, the "deadline" that I'm really trying to work towards is wrapping things up with both the static-site conversion, and legacy->jenkins.io site switchover, by FOSDEM 2016.

As part of that, there's a ROADMAP.adoc which outlines some high-level efforts that have to come together before then.

Unfortunately this site isn't the only thing I'm responsible for, so I'm juggling it in with a number of other things right now
