Steps to reproduce

1. Create a workspace "A" on one computer
2. Create a TFS job that uses the workspace name "A"
3. Build

Actual outcome:
Workspace cant be created as it already exists, then it is deleted at the end of the build.

Expected outcome:
Nothing should happen
