could possibly be implemented within one 'column' of the Dashboard.

It would be very useful to be able to claim a failure (or link to the claiming
page) for a failing project via the Dashboard. But, given that it is only two
clicks away already, this is not as valuable as 4168 in my opinion, so I've
lowered the priority to 5.
