I used to use %COMPUTERNAME% in the win_sw.xml file in order to keep the agent name consistent with the PC name.  Since it is not allowed to mix other parameters with the `-config <file>.yaml` parameter, this is no longer possible.

It would be a nice improvement to have support for references to environment variables from within the swarm-plugin.yaml configuration file.
