Normally a gerrit-triggered job, when it is done, has a "Retrigger" option available. We have a job in our Jenkins installation that does not seem to have that option yet all others do: http://build.whamcloud.com/job/lustre-reviews/1039/

I can't think of any legitimate reason for this situation so I am assuming it's a bug of some sort.
