configure tab freeze for projects

      After an upgrade from hudson to jenkins, the "configure" tab of all my projects freeze with a panel showing "LOADING".
      I cannot configure my projects

      Jenkins "configure" tab is ok. Only projects are affected.
      At "upgrade" I lost artifactory plugin, which I reinstalled after that.
