When you release with the Jenkins release plugin, the releases are somehow given an attribute which then allowed them to be seen in the special release plugin dashboard view portlet called "recent releases".

Please mark the m2release releases in the same way so that they can be seen as releases by the same dashboard view portlet. Ideally there should be no difference in the results of the m2release plugin and the standard Jenkins release plugin.
