If the IRC notification is enabled both in job configuration and in promotion process (
Jenkins promoted builds plugin) action, every time the job configuration was saved, the number of channels under "advanced" section of IRC notification would be multiplied.

A job config.xml in attachment demonstrates the problem. The job was configured as following:

1. creat a new empty free style job
2. enable the irc notification, and add one channel #jenkins
3. add a promotion process named "RC"
4. add irc notification as an action of promotion process RC, add a channel #jekins.
5. save the job configuration multiple times, every time the number of channels in both locations is multiplied (by number of irc notification actions being configured altogether in the job) .

Are irc notification plugin and promotion build plugin compatible with each other? Anyway it is listed in the action list of the promotion process.
