When logging on, you receive the error: svn: SASL(-13): authentication failure: Password verification failed

Cause is a bug in svnkit. Jenkins contains the affected svnkit version, so it can't connect to subversion repositorys configured to use LDAP via SASL(which is quite normal in the corporate world).

Solution is probably as simple as an upgrade to latest svnkit
