With IE8 any page displays a javascript error about sortable.js

      When accessing Jenkins with IE8, each page displays a javascript error about sortable.js

      (the text is roughly translated back to English since I do not have an English Windows to test)

      When skipping the error message, the page works, but the error shows up on any page again.

      The same page works on IE6, IE7, IE9 and current Firefox without errors
