I thinking of the Matrix user authorization here, maybe it can extend to
database authorization etc later, I don't know , anyway ...

It would be useful to add/delete/configure/upgrade/browse user accounts from the
matrix area or another page maybe, so users can be upgraded to admin/developer
etc, without having to ask the user what their username is, or without having to
search through the /users/ directory. All should be configurable from the web.
