      Adds more helpful display of node information (shows public and private DNS names)

      Adds support for EC2Tags, configurable both for SlaveTemplats and live instances.

      Adds support for VPC subnets, and fixes the security group code so that it works with both VPC and non-VPC.

      Removes the ability to attempt to change the instance name in node configuration (which can only be a bad thing!)
