Jenkins launches newly created jobs that were copied from other jobs

Every time we create a new Jenkins job that based off of an existing job using the "Copy from existing job" selection, Jenkins automatically runs the new job before we can go into the job and make any modifications.

This leads to bogus job stats, puts build installers out onto our NAS, and creates extra cleanup steps that have to be done as a result. To effectively copy a job, now we have to disable the existing job first, then create the new job as a copy of that job, then go back into the existing job and re-enable it. A hassle... when you remember to do it. A real cleanup pain when you forget.
