I enabled use-commit-times in the subversion configuration file for the service running our instance of Jenkins.
Checkouts are still using the current time when creating the file instead of rolling it back to match the time of the commit.
This is affecting some ant sync tasks which will end up unnecessarily moving files that it doesn't need to. The only difference is the timestamp.
