Steps to reproduce:

• go to "manage nodes" screen
• click configure icon next to master node
• set usage setting from "utilize as much as possible" to "leave this machine for tied jobs only"
• click save
• go back to the configure page

Expected:

• Usage setting was set to "leave for tied jobs"

Actual:

• Usage setting was set back to "utilize as much as possible"
