Please add the geronimo-web.xml file to the distribution to make deployment
easier on Apache Geronimo.

I will attach my sample (that I'm about to try) if I can to this issue (no
provision for doing so when creating the issue).

The file doesn't work because of invalid signatures (*I'll have to check out
the source and build to get it working)
