${CHANGES} token does not give any output for debugging or any "No Changes" response when there are no changes like the web page

      This issue is for the ext-mail plugin. The CHANGES token does not give any output for debugging purposes. So users do not know whether the CHANGES token worked or not.
      It would be nice to have some debugging information.
