My build did not change the file I want to push to the SMB share.
But the pluging though copied it:

CIFS: Connecting from host [CruiseControl]
CIFS: Connecting with configuration [QUIPSY Patches] ...
CIFS: Transferred 1 file(s)
CIFS: Disconnecting configuration [QUIPSY Patches] ...

To reduce load it would be great if the file is not getting physically copied in that case. Proposal check the file date of the local and remote file to see if it is changed:

CIFS: Connecting from host [CruiseControl]
CIFS: Connecting with configuration [QUIPSY Patches] ...
CIFS: Skipped transfer of 1 unchanged file.
CIFS: Disconnecting configuration [QUIPSY Patches] ...
