Role Stretegy Plugin doesn't work in 1.502~1.504.

      I installed this plugin to 1.502, 1.503, and 1.504 but there is no "Manage roles" menu in "Manage Jenkins" Page.
      I installed this plugin and restarted jenkins.
      Please take a look.
