I'm setting up a build job for the first time* and would like to know, for example, what "Restrict where this promotion process can be run" does. I can't find any documentation for this plugin, and I'm not making much progress searching the source code. (I found "Restrict where this promotion process can be run" in the source, but going a few related search terms from there, I'm not sure how this affects promotion or the package.)

Please write some documentation and reference it from the project page or the README.txt.

*I'm using an existing job someone else set up as a model. It would be nice not to eat up other employees' time with my questions if it can be avoided. And there's the risk they don't know. The model build I'm following was set up by someone no longer with the company.
